[Captain Del]

When a guild truly impacts a pirate, it leaves a mark on them that they will carry on not only for the rest of their pirating career, but for the rest of their lives. It gives them sacred memories that they will forever cherish as a part of their person, because it shows true times of joy, triumph, or achievement. I have always stated that the goal of a true Guildmaster is to use their influence and respect as part of being a member of the Caribbean to not just make a difference in how a pirate plays the game, but how they are as a person; because, it shows that above all else, you connected with somebody on a level that only a truly family of pirates can accomplish.

Partners is not one to be short of memories. Over the years we have created countless moments for our friends, members, and the community as a whole that has helped enrich the true nature of the Caribbean and bring a closer bond between all of it's inhabitants. I can safely say that the influence of this guild has reached pirates far beyond it's halls and in to the vast seas that surround our ships and islands.

But for now, this is not important. Ignoring what others may have found to be precious in the many great moments surrounding our guild, I come to ask you, my dear friend - what memories have you taken away from all of this?

As part of the third installment of the Partners 'Til Death Anniversary Project, I am tasking you all with finding as many screenshots as you can that remind you of some great times you have had in this guild. Whether on an epic picture foretelling one of our grandest events, right down to just playing around with your mates, I want you to find what you would consider some of your favorite memories in this guild. The screenshots you all provide to us will then be taken and will be used to create a very special piece of art that will be used as the symbol for this year's anniversary - because, after all, it is the dedication, activity, and love that all of our members posses which has brought us to where we are.

Even if you are not in the guild, but still have screenshots of times you have had with us, please feel free to add them to the collection below. The more, the merrier.

You will post your screens in the thread below, and we will take submissions from now until Friday, November 11th, 2011.

Then there was when many of you joined me when my second pirate mastered on the QAR, when the Juggernaut failed.


I found this screen shot of after doing Guild Quest, when Del had us all KO ourselves at the end.


Then I remember some of the other mastery parties we had.

I got to thinking, and I made this screen shot, which brings me many memories. ( It's not an old screen shot or anything, but what's in it represents a few different things. I lost several old screenshots, before I had decided to save them off computer. )



This screenshot deals with memories of before I joined PnC, some related, some not.

First off, the outfit that my pirate is wearing here goes back to my third and forth pirates. (forth pirate being Johnny Rigmenace) Before looting and new clothes were released, all I really ever used was this outfit (at first the sash was a normal red of course).


Then, the location, Kingshead. This goes back to at least 2 years ago, when I joined the first guild I liked, which eventually is what lead me to PnC. The guild, Rogues of Fortune, is what got me on these forums in the first place.


But not only that, Kingshead, at a time when Empty Kingshead was around, was an area we visited several times back then, often to play games, such as Capture the Flag. This area is where I first met members that had to do with PnC, which I believe was Del and Norries Savviness. (though that was a long time ago, and it was hard to remember)


Then, between these memories, and looking through the forums, last summer when I made Tim Rigmenace, I made the decision to join PnC.
(as I was looking for a new guild to join that I already knew a few people in, and I had a few guilds in mind, with PnC coming out on top.)


Of course, this eventually led to many other memories as well.

Ugh, I had a ton of screen-shots, but I recently had to get a re-image on my computer. Meaning, pretty much all my old files are now gone. >_> I'll have to see if I can find any on my other computer...

Alright mates, back up, the screenshot master is here. 23 screens gathered (at the start of this post, it got bigger at the end) and I'm not even past September of 2010. I think I'll do this in increments of... eh, whatever amount I feel like per week. Keep in mind that this is completely chronological. Nothing is out of order, even if it may look cooler and more organized that way.

They say a picture is worth 1,000 words, huh? Well I hope you guys are ready to start reading, because you have 10,000 words plus all of my extra commentary. Grab a bottle of rum. This'll take a while.

So, right off the bat, we'll start off with one of the earliest memories of PNC. Little Charles Crestshot wasn't even a blip in my brain at the time, but here we have from the 2010 Winter Olympics on February 14th, 2010. Nothing has actually happened yet, actually. James Bladefury (Legends For Unity) and I are just waiting around for everyone to show up and for Mr. Darkskull to wake up and start it all off.



That's what started it all off. Those Winter games led me to put Charles in PNC rather than anywhere else, and I had considered a few other places for the little guy. Since then, Partners N Crime has been his one and only guild.

I wonder how many of you know of the old Loot Nite tradition. Well, in case you don't yet know of it... the traditional garb was (and still is, I believe) for there to be loot shorts instead of loot pants. On May 2nd, 2010, Charles Crestshot was woefully introduced to the tradition, and also got yelled at for not partaking in it.



I suppose I held up on that blackmail promise though, didn't I Del? ^_-

Also, this one is rather random, but as we're all attacking Mr. Remington about a million times over, I got this REALLY good pic of Deadpool's face that I later used in Partner of the Week. From this angle, you almost think he's sane, huh?



Now that I know about Del's affinity for group pictures, this really wouldn't surprise me nowadays. This, however, was my first real group screenshot in the game. It was fun watching Del get increasingly frustrated when we couldn't flex as a group.

Now, how many of you have heard of the Week of 300 Wins? I certainly hope you have. If you haven't, check out this little blog of mine from when it was about to start. In short, however, Buck Bankok observed that we weren't that far away from breaking the top 50 in Blackjack wins on the overall leaderboard. After plenty of calculations, 5 members were recruited to the task of making 300 blackjack wins in one week to help us make that final leap. After many attempts at starting it, where the leaderboards decided they didn't like us and kept breaking, the Week of 300 Wins began May 2nd, 2010. I liked to take screens of when I got a Blackjack when I played, and this is one of those few ones where it's actually a Black Jack.



By the end of the week, everyone had acquired their 300 wins... except for Del. But don't worry, my 600 some wins made up for him. ^_- What did we get for our awesomeness? Well, only these SHNAZZY BADGES made specially by one Buck Bankok.



It was a great experience, and we got to rank 42 on the leaderboards, WAAAY past 50, but after it, I didn't want to look at a deck of cards for a month!

Anyone remember this outfit on Del? The Purple coat and the bright green beard? Yikes! Thank god for a fashion sense that grows, aye mate? This was taken at a GM event on Cuba, May 15th, 2010.


And if you know me at all, you know how much I LOVE getting screens of people glowing, though I will admit I have been failing at posting those a LOT recently. But here is William Goldwalker mastering his Grenades!

Phew, that was a LOT of typing. Maybe if you guys beg for more, I'll go past my first... eh, 2 months in the guild. Busy times, huh? Can't wait to see what everyone else posts in the meantime!
