Help With My Custom Avatar.

I made a really cool moving avatar for the forums, I uploaded it, and it won't move! It just stays at the first frame! When I hit upload I get a error message, the page redirects before I can really read it. Help! I mean please help. Just so you can see:

Did you notice the picture's 99x65 pixels? It needs to equate to 64x64.

I know it may look small but trust me, it should work.

Are you sure? Because the front picture will still show up, the GIF just won't move.

How did you get it to work? I made a whole other one though.

EDIT:I tried again, It didn't work. Try this one:

You need to make sure each picture in the Gif is 64x64 pixels... then you can make the Gif image and upload it. Although it appears you figured it out.... xD
