I saw it last night at the midnight premiere. Blackbeard is awesome. Also you will recognize the QAR - the programmers at POTCO did a really good job of portraying it in game.

Saw it today. I wouldn't say it lived up to all its hype, but it's still an enjoyable film. Jack's hilarious in it, and I think I annoyed the cinema with all my laughing!

It was a great movie! Saw the midnight showing! The QAR is very similar to in-game. Black Beard is one mean guy.

Barbossa was surprisingly my favorite in the movie. Jack is the best but dang... You felt a sudden awe with Barbossa everytime you saw him.

Anyway, like I said, the movie was entertaining but I didn't connect with the characters or see any point in the plot at all. And the fact that they took Blackbeard and turned him into some voodoo practicing weirdo with a magic sword and totally perverted the REAL story of a REAL person was impossible for me to look past. |

I just went and saw it a few hours ago. I absolutely loved it. I don't think any fan should be disappointed!
Definitely made up for the 3rd movie for me.
