You need to find a soldier in black in the theive's den in tortuga.
There is a small encampment just thru the tortuga graveyard using that entrance. |

ok but I REALLY need 2 know what cave it is?
edit: i don't get y there's 2 many high lvls in there cuz i used a lvl 16 2 help me and still died with tonic use
