Potion Level 16 is the level you unlock the "Growin' Grog".

I'm really terrible at the potions mini-game. Way too much like evil tetris or something. I'm more of a poker/blackjack player...though I swear that the blackjack dealer in Ratskellar is a total cheat. I can almost guess what he's going to have every time. haha.
