Shipping schedule for Beckett's rum

I have to look for the shipping schedule in an office in Fort Dundee. Is that in Beckett's Quarry? If so, where the heck is it? The few times I have survived walking around, I tried going into two of the buildings with no luck.

No its in Padres. It can be found by going behnind one of the set or staris. There usally is ethier a veteran and/or officer standing right outside the door way and they will attack u once u start searching
