Padres Teleport Quest: Fight the Undead of Padres del Fuego
Am I crazy?
This quest asked me to kill Undead Gravediggers, Undead Bandits, and Undead Brigands in order to end the infestation of undead on Padres del Fuego. I couldn't find any of these Undead on Padres, I killed them on Tortuga and Port Royal and am now sailing back to Padres. Anyone know where to find these buggers on Padres? |

lol No you're not crazy
The only one I remember seeing on Padres was the brigand, and that was on the Padres Beach. I don't see him too often. |

Unless things have changed recently, you can find all three by going into the cave entrance near the gypsy (can't remember her name). Like romney bev or something? Anyway, the lower undead are on that side.
Good luck |

Those are pirates and gypsies.

Enter the caves near Romany Bev.
Pass through the first and second cave areas. In the third you will see that there are three exits/entrances. One leads to the cave near the Fort. The other will take you to an outside area with building, shops and lots of high level undead. Have fun! |

I just ran the whole cave system and didn't find any gravediggers or bandits. If there ever were any, they are not there now. You can find undead pirates and a witchdoctor near romany bev just inside the cave, but the others are not there.
This could be another example of where they have made changes to the spawns but not updated the quests to go along with it. I'd send in a bug report about it to help them out. Good luck. |

I've gone into the Lava Gorge (1st cave past Romany Bev) quite a few times and have never seen a Gravedigger or Bandit there. Just Undead Pirates and Witchdoctors, as WizardHawk reported. It's been that way for a couple weeks at least.
You can find Brigands in The Catacombs beyond the Lava Gorge, but have to contend with some higher level Undeads there, too. When I did this quest, I just tp'd to Port Royal and got all 3 classes there. |

I just finished this one not long ago, and i THINK i got them OFF of padres...I could be totally wrong here...
If the cave near the gypsy comes up with nothing for you, try the cave near Gunner. But geeze, I swear the task was not Island Specific when I did it last week. If it was, I lucked out. (wow, a first LOL) |

I tried all the caves on padres, no luck.
I just went to Tortuga and Port Royal, killing the same named baddies there worked for the quest. Kinda lame though, doesn't really match what the quest was supposed to achieve. |

UPDATE as of 12/14:
I just did the Padres Teleport Quest for my second pirate tonight -- and POTCO has changed it. Instead of having to kill Undead Gravediggers, Bandits and Brigands as before, you now have to kill 6 Undead Brigands, 6 Undead Grenadiers, and 6 Undead Gypsies. Definitely a change for the better, imo. Not only is it more of a challenge, it also ties in with what Romany Bev tells you. I got them all in The Catacombs on Padres (the second cave past her wagon), so I don't know if kills on other islands will still work or if POTCO has made the quest location-specific. |

Oh that's good to hear
Now people won't go wasting so much time running around padres trying to find stuff that's not there

Nice, that makes a lot more sense.

I've been looking for the Gypsies, but can't find any. Brigands, Grenadiers, and Raiders in the deeper cave, Pirates and Witchdoctors in the first part near Romany Bev, but no Gypsies. I haven't noticed the third exit in Bennett's Quarry, so I'll have to go try and find that. Any other suggestions? Killing the Gypsies on Cutthroat Island doesn't give me credit towards this particular quest.

Try the beach on Padres, you can either get to it by going through Beckett's Quarry to El Sudoron and then to the beach, or you can swim around Padres (off the docks by the fort and to the left) to get there.
Sometimes I think the latter option is easier, especially if you are trying to save up your tonics. |

Finally did find them. Never thought about swimming around the island! Might have to try that just for fun. But I was able to run through the quarry and get to the exit without taking too much damage as long as I didn't stop to fight.
