It is with a heavy heart I make this announcement.

After a long battle with myself, I have made the regretable decision to shut down PNC due to the inactivity of a large portion of the guild, myself included. Please realize I made this decision not to benefit myself, but in order to lessen the chaos and stress in all of our lives.

Our members have gone simultaneously inactive, and to such an extent, that I feel that the guild has lost it's purpose. The connection just isn't there anymore - whether the fault lies in me, or in all of us, I honestly cannot decide anymore.

To all of my friends outside of the guild, who have supported us for so long - thank you for carrying on such a legacy as this. Without you all, we never would have made it through our three and a half outstanding years.

To all my guild mates - thank you, for providing me a family away from my own. I can, but won't go in to depth here - I'll be addressing you all on a much more personal level on the site.

Perhaps in the future, we may return to these waters. But for now, the sails of the Victory Shark must be folded.

I knew this was going to end up happening at some point. I'm sorry, too, mates. I wish I could have been more active also, but I guess all good things really DO come to an end at some point in time. This particular moment the thing being what used to be an awesome guild.

I'm sad to see it all end this way. I'm failing my classes and my mom thinks it's becuase I'm spending WAY too much time on the computer. I got grounded the first time now she's giving it away...

I can honestly say that I thought that I would never be here on Pirates to see the day that the PNC legacy would be gone. Guess I was wrong.

Before I go into detail, I should first state that I understand wholeheartedly why you, Del, have come to this decision. I haven't found hardly any time to log on the game - even on weekends - due to school/track. And, I've noticed substantial decreases in activity among the others, as well. I don't know about everyone else, but I've found it very depressing to log on to only 2-3 people during the time when there used to be 10-12 people online earlier in the school year. I've been able to tolerate the lowering numbers for some time now - which is only reasonable. But, trust me, now I fully understand why this is happening.

I want to thank, first of all, my fellow Partners for being that Comedy Central, that something that I looked up to cheer me up, and that extended family that I've been with for years. It's been an unimaginable honor to both be the former GM of PIC, and most of all, able to have met all of you guys. Believe me, you guys are some of the most fun and mature people that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. It's cliche, but without you guys, I would have been long gone. I suppose that I already am.

Second, I want to thank everyone on POF and non-PIC/PNC members alike for the support that you've given us all throughout the legacy. You may not realize it, but your support and undying faith in us means more to us than you will ever know. My hat is off to you.

Perhaps someday, the Victory Shark may proudly roam the seas like before. And even if I'm long gone from lurking POF even, you guys know me well enough to where you can tell me by other means if I should log on. And, I look forward to that day.

As for now, however, I suppose that all good things do come to an end. At least in this case, in the game. I'll be sure to keep in touch with you guys. :] Even though this is the end of in-game PNC, we will forever be Partners.

Well... I never through it would come to this. I must have been wrong also. It's sad to see the guild shutting down, and it has been an honer being in it. Even though i will be in another guild, Partners N Crime will never leave my heart.

I feel like lately I'm the only one active. I probably will just find a different guild, but none shall be as great as PNC. Eventually, maybe now, I will move on to other things in life (like other games).

Anyways, I have dedicated lots of time to this guild, and it's sad to see it go. I can maybe now concentrate on my guild... but obviously, like I've said, it won't be as great as PNC was.

It really is a shame that the guild is disbanding. Partners N Crime was my first real guild: the first guild that welcomed me with open arms and treated me like a family member, and it's heart-wrenching seeing that family fall apart. Oh well; I guess it was for the best. Farewell, my Partners in Crime.

I never thought this would happen and I had just joined too. Well PNC will always be in our hearts and it has left a mark on these forums and this game and in each and everyone of us.

I have never thought this would happen. PNC has been here since, well i was before here. all our member shave treated me like a part of the family even though we barely new each other.

I guess I am to blame too because I have found a new game, ToonTown, and think it is way more interesting then POTCO. I can't believe that this guild is shutting down, but I suppose everything happens for a reason eh?

Geeze Del, I really am in complete shock. The game will not be the same without PNC here and certainly POF will not be the same. You have often been the calm and wise voice on posts when people seem to be at their wits' end.

Wow... I'm shocked. PNC, you guys were... well, to say the least, you were one of the most amazing guilds I have ever seen. You guys were all so warm, friendly (some fiendly, but thats different :P ), and great people. To see you go now... its really saddening. You guys have left a huge mark on POF and the game. I am truly proud to call myself an Honorary Partner, and I will always be one, even though the guild is going now.
