where do you play blackjack? and how do you play? cuz i need to get money for a navy dude

You can play blackjack in the taverns. Look for a sign with a mug on it and that building is a tavern. In Tortuga, there is one tavern in the town and the other close to Fabiola. The Faithful Bride is in town and the King's Arm is outside of the town. However, the best place to play any kind of poker is Padres Del Fuego. It has the highest buy in so you can make more money faster---that is if you know how to play and lady luck is on your side! Blackjack is also called '21' because you want to get your cards to equal 21, or get as close as you can to it. All the cards have their face value (5 = 5, etc.) except for the face cards (queen, jack, king ace) queens, jacks, and kings are worth 10 and an ace is worth either a 1 or an 11 depending on your hand. Each hand you are dealt only two cards. If your two cards equal 21 (jack and a ace, etc.) you have "blackjack". If they don't equal 21, then you have two options to 'hit; or to 'stay'. Hit means you want an additional card to get closer to twenty one. Keep in mind that if you were dealt two cards that equal 15 and you 'hit' you have a good chance of 'busting' (going over 21). It is best to stay when you have been dealt 14+, although you can always try your luck. I hope this helps. Go to the other bar on the island. Each Island has at least two bars. If you're not playing the game the quest asks for you won't get the quest credit.

The King's Arm tavern (Tortuga) is past Fabiola, when you are coming from the other tavern. Go past Fabiola and follow the path to some buildings. One of them should have a mug sign on it, that is King's Arm.
