Well, Beta testers have lost everything special they've gotten for testing the game. (Other then playing on test)

You know we didn't lose everything We have the experience of starting pirates 3 times now lol Each time we restarted we changed our game plan and now we're super pirate players! hehe

We do get to keep playing on the test server which has everything the pay game has...except people. Al the Seas are quiet in there. Sigh.

I wonder why they did that... The new people who buy it now really aren't the founders from Beta testing.

Well, I am a beta tester from beta one and haven't been able to sign up yet. So it's good for me. It's their limited payment options that got me.
