Who kidnapped Bonerattler?

I've been looking for him in the catacombs, but he's nowhere to be found! My map shows him to be just inside the entrance, not farther in at the bottom of the map where he should be, by the building. I saw another person looking for him too. I sent a feedback report about him being gone, hope they fix it soon.

It appears that all of the EITC bosses are not in their correct spot... I need Claude D'Arcias for a quest and he is no where to be found in Thieve's Den. Friend says that Samuel is glitched as well, this is weird and needs to be fixed.
