Release Notes - April 8, 2009

• New and Improved Padres Del Fuego: Players should see significant performance increases thanks to the new layout.
• Improved the Reputation Bar. It is now easier to track your Notoriety and Weapon progress.
• The Compass Map now rotates with the camera instead of the avatar.
• Cleaned up the Tutorial and early Quest lines.
• Female avatar emotes now animate better.
• Crew members that are AFK will no longer receive cargo credit for sunk ships.
• Made several improvements to Quest tracking with the Ray of Light.
• The graphics options will now warn you if you try to change your settings from what is recommended.
• More performance improvements.
• Numerous bug and memory leaks have also been fixed.

Can't wait to see the improvements. Maybe they snuck in a new quest or too as well.

In my opinion, the new pdf just seems barren. I liked the old one where it was like a town. Has anyone been able to see if darkhart or darten is on live yet?

I know they were on test, so I assume they are on open. Haven't logged on yet today though.

Anyway, these seem to be some pretty decent improvements. I'm still waiting for NEW content instead of ALTERED content.

WOW this is great now they need to work on,

Redesigning the inside of dungeons, "ALL DUNGEONS" and memorie leaks that occur in them. Because I have notice that once the little bugs and fix's and memorie leaks have been fixed the game tends not to lag anymore and I get more Frames Per Secound then before.

Redesign Tormenta and Cuba, and the PVP and Ship vs Ship still has memorie leaks and is lagging very badly...

change the interface of the map when pressing the M key, make it so that instead of click+scrolling it's just a flat layout, update the map like everything else has been updated.

Fix Whisper so that when I whisper I can actually see my message's that I type.

Other than that, very good job disney.

On a side note everything I type here Im going to send to disney so they get it personally...might work faster that way.

Commodore -- They're on live. Well, Darkhart is...I'm sure the other is as well but there were a bunch of people fighting when I was there so he may have already been taken down before I got there.

And I still can't get my compass to work. It just shows my arrow and nothing around it about half the time. Especially bad in SVS.

But one glorious thing is...I have VERY little lag after this update! *happy dance!*

Gen Darkhart and Timothy Dartan are both on the new beach and behave just as they did before.

I can only wonder, what in the world will pirates think of for their next updates, hopefully not new islands, but if anything being recreated, how about places like the wildwoods, and the Queen's Nest, that way we can tell their difference without their names being shown...
