you get those by the reputation given in this post by your peers. by clicking next to the post number. the more rep you get the more bottles you get.

As it is when you post information which others find useful and informative they will begin adding rep to your post - which will collect over time with more green bottles

You cannot cash in reputation. It is given to you based on how your fellow POF members feel about the quality of your post. Your reputation is there just for show really.. but is still important all the same. The better your reputation is the more people look to you as a dedicated POF member who not only is helpful, but respected as well. That is how I look at the reputation at least..
