Dagger Quest Problem?
Ahoy I know there are alreayd problems with this quest, but I think I found another. One of the quest items you need is coal. I can't seem to find them. I was told to look around the prison, and I found nothing. I searched around the town of Port Royal, and found nothing. I've searched in every barrell and box and found nothing. Am I missing something, or is it another bug?

It's in the prison, cud take a few searchs to find first one.
Seems all tasks got harder the second time round for me, i got tongs and coal first time on first chracter, but coal took several searches, and still havent got tongs. Definetly prison, keep searching. You cud try dropping task and retrying i spose. 'Keep it Kool  '

I didn't have any trouble finding the coal, just had to check a few barrels around the Port Royal fort. Once I found it, I just kept revisiting the same couple of barrels over and over again until I got all 10.

well, i now have recieved the coal, and try to hand it in to Turner. But, It said i got notoriety points, but i didn't. also, it didn't get rid of the coal quest. instead, it kept it there saying complete is that normal bc usually they just go away after turning them in...

I did with doc grog task, caused all sorts of probs, as it kept saying I had to complete other task, before i cud do one of the noriety extra quests (on that character i think it was the dagger quest). ah it just gave me the notoriety and tells me it has been completed weird bug lol well thx all well since I'm on the quest, to find the corps you go to Tortuga? bc it's not in Port Royal and I try to destroy some EITC ships for the quest and nothing and the sargents in Port Royal don't give you tongs but i hear Pardle Des Frigo (or something like that you know what i mean), gives tongs but, i can't find any sargents. I was able to do this quest on another person of mine but that now has bad bugs. any ideas would be nice

Only one of my pirates has managed to get the tongs after killing many, many pirates - all in Port Royal - I was leaving fort and saw a Sgt at bottom of steps - when he didn't have any buddies near, I ran down and ended up getting the tongs... my other 2 pirates have not been so lucky... as for corpse bones, my first pirate (before 18 May) got all 6 on Port Royal in jungle to far right - waited for them to regenerate and got them all there... my second pirate had to travel to just about every jungle you can imagine to get them all and it did take forever - Only unlocked this quest for 3rd pirate tonight so I'm searching again - if you want someone to guard your back, PM me and we can meet up
 (I also need all the stuff from the EITC ships - for ALL pirates!)

I can defeat the sgt. no problem same with corpes and EITC just wont give me stuff yet lol
