Son deleted pirate - can I get it back?
Hi;
My son deleted my daughters L30 pirate, which of course has caused serious problems beteen them. Is there a way to recover the pirate? Can support do this? Or, is all the love/work put in the pirate lost? Thanks for the help or suggestions... I have used the search feature, but found no threads on this, if this has been posted bedfore, I am sorry, and could you point me to it? |

There is no way to recover a deleted pirate. Im sorry. If your daughter decides to make another pirate, I would gladly be a friend to her on the game and help her out when i can.
Also I can help her find her old friends and guild if she has now lost them too. |

I would contact support and ask. I have heard of "lost" pirates being recovered after a hacker accesses an account and deletes pirates. So its "possible" they can recover it. If they will be willing.
There is no regular way to go about it for sure. |

I know that on Toon Town Disney can recover them, perhaps they have the same ability with POTCO. Call them asap.

I recommend going to live chat and they'll be able to get it back for you.
Available 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Pacific Time - Monday thru Friday and 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Pacific Time - Saturday and Sunday Yes there is a way to get it back! DOn't worry. Toontown has gotten many of peoples deleted toons back and pirates is the same way. They'll keep a deleted pirate in the database and within 8-12 months they'll get rid of it for good. Live chat should tell you what to do and then manage to get it back. But if you create a pirate in the spot where your pirate was then it is impossible to get it back so make sure you keep taht spot open. (the spot whee you deleted the pirate) |

Hi Everybody!
Thanks for all your replies, I can confirm that the e chat support got the pirate back! It is possible. Eshs06 - Thanks for the offer, my daughter was seriously considering taking your offer! Hope this thread helps anyone in the future, it took less than five minutes to recover, I only had to supply the account and pirate name. Thats all!!! And yes, my daughter was rustling up a posse to find her brother! Best Regards!

I believe at bottom of log in screen there is a utility to lock access to particular pirates and require an access code.
This keeps family member and visitors from using / deleting pirates on a shared PC left side of the delete option. |

That is its purpose supposedly, however it does not work in many tests I have done with them. If you are on the account the pirates reside on, you can delete them. If you are on a linked account, you cannot delete pirates on the account your linked to, only your own.
