Anyone know how to accomplish this...?
So I was thinking about cancelling my unlimited membership because the holiday season and the fact that I don't really play all too much. The other night while I was playing, I saw a basic access member with a level 26 Noteriety. I asked him how he did that and he just said, "hehehehe". Dork.
Anyway, anyone know how he might've done that. And if I do decide to restart with the unlimited, will I get my stats back? |

Hey CR. If you cancel your unlimited, your pirates levels stay the same, but you lose any features that are not available to basics. So there will be weapons, boat, and quest restrictions. When you decide to become a full member again (i can't bring myself to say if ;( ), you get all your weapons and ships back, but, if you're a founder, you lose your shiney gold coin.

Edward does it all the time at L40.... he plays a month and then drops it a month... then plays again when something new comes along.
![]() You'll need to call Account Services at 877-427-7744 to cancel the account. When your ready to re-activate, if you think you'll be doing the on-off thing make sure you only do it by Game Cards or Monthly Subscription so you don't end up paying too much. Before you go cancelling that account though - remember to a) have a slot for a low level ship open, cause you'll need to buy one (with all ships locked except for Light Sloops and Light Galeons - you'll need a spot to buy one) and b) with only the Cutlass, Pistol and Doll (and very limited) be sure you have them set up the way you want them (remembering that only the low level attacks are open to you). Finally - no worries on re-activiation, everything returns to normal as soon as you activate again ![]() See ya on the seas Rabbit

Thanks for the info...I just haven't been able to play enough to justify the cost. Even though it's cheap. I'm going to veg out on Sims2 for a good long while. I'll be hitting up the high seas though, I still love sailing.
