Just a quick policy question...
I started a thread under General Potco discussion about getting a little bored with Potco and looking for suggestions to keep enjoying the game. I started the thread a couple of hours ago and notice it has been removed. Just wanted to know if I violated a policy on this site. I am not upset, I just don't want to make the same mistake again.

Actually, I'm assuming you are reffering to the thread "Getting bored.....". The thread was moved to our ranters section by another of the moderator staff earlier today. Usually when threads are moved to that section, you should recieve a private message from the moderator that moved the thread about it being moved to that area of the site, and how to gain access to that section of the site.
To join the ranters section of the site, you need to goto your UserCP and find Group Memberships. Once there, simply scroll down the list of groups available to join until you see "Ranter". Select the circle that says "Join Group", then scroll down until you see the "Join Group" button and click it. You should then be able to access our ranter's forum, The Pirate's Parley, by scrolling down to our Group Forums. Hope that helps. ^^

what if a post gets removed. where does it go. i had a post in the guild forums that got moved. but i don't know why?

My apologies for that Card Shark - I was having computer issues when I moved the thread to the Pirates Parlay and couldn't get it to load the Message Page to inform you of the move (and how to join the Group Membership - thanks Jack for providing the instructions
 ) I unfortunately have been not well enough to be at a computer until now to respond, so I'm glad another Mod was able to answer you quickly (and wanted to check on this when I could sit up for a short time) TSC - feel free to ask us about threads that you may think have been moved / removed / merged (be sure when you PM us that you mention the title of your thread) so we can review / locate any notes on it quckly (if deleted, merged or moved). A message may have been missed to you, so just PM us if you notice something is 'out of place' Of course, members should always read up on POF's Policy, Rules and Disclaimers to be sure they are posting correctly
