Problem connecting to the game - HELP!

Ok so my boyfriend is attempting to play pirates and has done all he knows to do. this is the error hes getting :

Hmmm... I've never experienced this problem; maybe someone who has will know what is causing the problem.

However, it is early in the day still... so you can go to the official pirates online website and do a live chat (it's on the left hand side under the help tab, first entry); it's better than waiting on hold and they're nice and helpful.

do what i do, retry and retry. and if that doesn't work make a bugreport
