How do you get unsuspended?

It's been more than 72 hours. They said this time I had to call. I can't get anyone to answer the phone! I left a msg but there's not a good time to call me back. I'm sick right now, and if that phone rings while I'm asleep, I'm NOT going to answer it. Why can't I call them when I feel halfway decent and talk to a real person? Can I go through LiveChat or will they just blow me off, too, like before? ("You have to submit a bug report first...")

Unfortunately the only way is to have the call. Im sure if you leave a msg explaining the issue u have they might be a bit more lenient. Also have you gone to the site and signed in and accepted the TOS? I know I had to do that as well.

Someone finally called me back this afternoon, and I was actually awake at the time. This was our third suspension and she said if we got one more, my account would be canceled. We've had 2 suspensions for giving out URLs and one for Rose calling herself a reward only with a T instead of a W. Disney is really getting on my nerves.

This game is aimed at teenagers right? Do they know how much teens swear. I hear that "Reward" (Replace w with t) almost everyday. Honestly....Im the one of the only kids at my school that doesn't swear too often.

That word is not a swear/cuss word. It's a mean thing to say to someone. As a parent, if my child called someone that, I'd be upset. We all have different ways of viewing certain things but if your child came home crying because someone said that to them, how would you feel?

It may not be a cuss word but it is generally used as a derogatory term - I know many people that use the term in fun, but really, it's not that funny.

Retard means To cause to move or proceed slowly; delay or impede not just a reference to a disabled person which I believe is wrong but sometimes I want to say my ship is retarded when its slow getting somewhere lol.

one of the girls in my guild called her step sister who is also in our guild a tard and got suspened for 72 hours. i think they go too far with some of the things. i tried today and found out it wouldnt let me shorten frigate to frig for god knows what reason. some words they just dont allow

The word "retard" can be used maliciously (usually more so by the kids than the adults), and acting on it is one thing, but they should release/unsuspend once the circumstances have been determined to be benign. They dont seem to mind the word "idiot" much, i've called people idiots numerous times, not necessarily in a cruel fashion, but still... hehe.
