How do you make a guild submission form on POF?

By guild submission form, do you mean:

1. An application to join a guild on POF?
2. A thread to advertise your guild on POF?
Or,
3. A subforum for your guild?

In order to have a guild just to advertise, just simply "click" New Post and put what's your guild about, how active it is, ect... but inorder to have a subforum(Or for your guild to be officially advertised) simply in that thread/guild, to meet these requirements: 50 members from POF to atleast joined, 1000 posts in the thread you created, and I think theres something else, its all in the "Sticky"ed thread called something like 'POF GUILD POLICY'.

It's only 25 members and 500 posts.
