I just wanted to stop for a moment and talk about how proud I am of you all.

These past few months have been extremely interesting in terms of how we have taken them. We've seen lots of members come, and lots of members go; we've seen a rise in our notoriety as a guild, both in levels, and in fame; and time and time again, we've been moving forward to create the strongest guild in all of the Caribbean (as if we weren't already )

And even though we have hit a few bumps in the past few months, we always came out on top. Yesterday was one of those genuine days that, believe it or not, I will never forget. It reminded me of a much simpler time in the Caribbean, way back when, and for the first time in a while, I was completely and utterly happy, without a care in the world. Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me how much I love being a partner.

And of course, I want to make sure that this is just the start. Ever since we announced the New Years Reforms, I have seen a complete change in attitude in the guild - it almost seems as if we kicked ourselves back in to gear, and now we're chugging back towards the atmosphere we created for ourselves in the summer; and in the dead of winter, no less!

But I promise you, it's going to be a team effort. The Officers and I have been working hard behind the scenes recently to come up with plenty of new things to help establish a permanent attitude of will and fun. We really have shifted in to a new mode of action at the turn of this new year, and I'm looking forward to where it's going to be able to carry us.

And as for you all, the members, your part in all of this comes in the form of just being yourselves - partners. What you all did this weekend not only made me happy, but a little teary-eyed because it once again reminded me of how far our guild has come. You all are the best members I could have ever asked for, and no many how many times I repeat it, I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for you all.

So, thank you, mates. Thank you for reminding me that this guild will never fail to surprise, pull through, and climb to greater heights - and for reminding me of just how proud of you all I am.
