Loot from treasure fleets

How does the loot from treasure fleets compare to loot from regular ships? I've taken part in sinking a couple treasure fleets, but it seems to me that the loot quality is no different from when I spend time looting off of regular ships.

I don't really do treasure fleets very much, but from what I've seen, the loot quality of them versus regular ships is not significantly different. If you're looking for good cargo, you're probably better off just heading to the Hinterseas. If it's for the challenge and/or fun, then Fleets are definitely the way to go. Although as I said, they probably aren't the best source for cargo. I may be wrong, but this is what I've seen overall.

The best ships that give cargo are flag ships, which are in the hinter seas

Like Tiberius said, from what I've seen in fleets, the loot is about the same you would see from regular ships, but fleets do provide a much bigger challenge.
