The Tale Of The Fire-sail Captain
I've decided to make a story about my main pirate, Captains Andy, with out further ado, here is the prolouge:
Prologue Leon Seanat loved sitting by the sea. The waves always seemed to calm him. Suddenly he heard a faint crying sound, he quickly walked to where he heard it coming from. There was a small baby floating through the water on a piece of driftwood, Leon broke into a run and tore his shirt off as he dove in, showing no regard for the expensive cotton. With all his might he swam towards the small child, fighting the furious current. He wrapped the child and the driftwood under his arm and swam to shore. He saw the piece of wood had a name on it, the name of a ship, the Fire-sail Lion. The wood was blackened as if it had been struck by lightning, Leon decided it didn't matter, so he brought the baby into his house. ------------------------------------------------------ Like it? No? TOO BAD! Lol, I hope you do like it! |

Here is the first chapter, it explains how Andy became a pirate:
Chapter One Andy knew that he wasn't born to the Seanats, but they were his parents regardless of blood. They had treated him like their own son, so in return he treated them like he would any birth parent he could ever have. They often recounted the story of how he had been found on the waves near Tortuga dock, and he loved to listen to it. Leon, a shipwright, had made a modest profit that was enough to buy the family a home on the beach. Leon and Kat Seanat had always been there for Andy, so when they fell on hard times Andy felt obligated to help out. Leon had lost his job as a shipwright to some scury bloke named O'malley. On his last day, Leon had given him a War Frigate, he insisted that it be named Fire-sail Lion Andy, or Captain Andy as he now was, had never figured out why, but didn't care that much. He tried being a merchant, but wages were very low. One night he went in the cargo hold to see royal chests worth thousands of gold, infuriated that his wages were only 50 gold, he turned to piracy and the crew readily agreed, so they rasied their own flag. A blazing lion. I hope you liked it! |
