Where do I find an EITC soilder

EITC ships should have them. Unless I'm mistaken.

Try the Thieve's den/Cave on tortuga, or the bugged EITC at Fort Charles when you first walk in

Ships work too (flag EITC ships) but there are a lot of them and if you're a low level you'll be dead quick

Fort Charles is the big fort on Port Royal all the way to the left. The easiest EITC soldier there would be level 14-18 which would be on the wooden thing in the middle of the fort or all the way to the left when u walk in . You might need some help with it from others though.

yeh at the start of the thieves cave (most recomended to go to) where theres lots of guards at the start, theres a lvl 8 thug (EITC) n a cadet talking, kill the cadet then kill the thug with the help of 1 tonic n you should be able to kill it
