I have the quest : Johnny Mcvane- Work for Hire-Defeat enemies
your sapost to kill 13 dregs. It dosn't say where they are, or even what they are. Has anyone done this quest? Or seen some thing called a dreg? Thanks

You can find dregs in the cave on Tormenta. They're really high level, so make sure you take friends that can heal you. Good Luck!
