The Epic Failers

[Captain Gas]

Prologue

Light and darkness may be different essences, but their power remains the same. Nothing is supreme, though darkness may think they are. Light, on the other hand shapes the world's good side and demonstrates someone with a true, pure heart. Dark beings linger in darkness while their mind floods with evil thoughts. However, beings of light tend to remain in light and focus themselves on peace and devotion to stopping evil plans. Nothing is more powerful than-

"Can we just get to the point, Jack? I don't see this first chapter getting anywhere." Jack replied, "Well, excuse me for being detailed in my words. Do you wanna sell a story or not?" Mark simply replied, "I do. But, I think we can do better." Jack angrily said, "Are you kidding me?! This is the best idea we've had besides your story about pie! That was meaningless. You didn't have even one bit of detail." "I just wanted to get on with the story! At least I can go fast..." said Mark. Jack merely sighed, "We're doing this for money, remember? In case you haven't noticed, we're on the verge of bankruptcy all because you spent the money on rum." Mark said, "Um, I forgot to say I also spent it on an expensive coat." Jack was silent for a moment. He finally said, "Excuse me for a moment." He walked into the closet, closed the door, and loudly screamed to the top of his lungs, "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!" He walked out and was already breathing heavily. Mark still swears he heard a muffled, faint, high-pitched voice. Jack then said, "Mark, next time don't be so careless with money."

All of a sudden, they heard a loud, powerful explosion outside! Jack said, "What was that?" Mark said, "Definitely not the rum shipment I ordered." Jack ignored this comment and rushed outside, with Mark following. They saw a large, skeletal beast with a hat that had a card sticking out of it. He had hoofs for legs and bony hands. Jack said, "What's going on?!" The skeletal beast turned around and looked at the two boys. "Well, me mates... it seems we've got here a couple meddlers. If they were only... brighter." The beast laughed. Jack finally took up the courage to ask, "Who are you? What do you want?" The beast said, "If you must know, me name's Jolly Roger. As for what I want, I'm afraid that's kept a secret. Get them, ye mongrels!" Other skeletons started attacking! All of a sudden, a strange man jumped in and slashed one skeleton! He stabbed another one and sliced the last one. He said, "Get out of here, mates. It's best ye be leaving." Jack and Mark didn't hesitate and ran out of sight.

Jolly Roger said, "Sparrow... I never thought I'd see you again. Or, should I say... JACK Sparrow." Jack Sparrow said, "Give it up, Roger. You'll never get the Lost Stone of Immortality!" Jolly Roger said, "So, ye'll be meddling too, eh? I'll enjoy this..."

As you can see, I already added two original main characters. And, obviously neither of them can agree on a story. I didn't really introduce them, because you can kinda already tell who they are, anyway. So, thoughts, anyone? If I get at least two positive comments, I'll make the first chapter.
