New Navy Stuff

Ok I noticed while on test (after new update and before it closed) that the navy had some new things. A flag in Fort Charles and a new building in Tort.

This building is right by the gate in the Tortuga Graveyard Thanks Mac


and seeming as how test is still down wondered if you would like to guess as to why they are there now. Also when it does come back up I'll be looking for more of this kinda stuff and if I find it or you find it post pics.

Interesting... like kind of like the French tricolor, but not quite. Gold cannon in the middle, perhaps a new party is getting involved in the POTC world?

The building in tortuga, and this is just a guest, could be a sign that a new quest will come. Possibly a quest where you need to obtain navy cloths items and be disguised as a navy?

P.S. The area is tortuga graveyard.

I think it maybe the start of guild houses/pirate lairs. But maybe not.

I actually think you may be right, because the flag isn't even Navy.(or looks navy) Possibly small guild meeting places around the game?

I agree about the look but it is found in the Navy fort so I assumed Navy, but could be anything.

When I saw the one Tortuga, I thought it might be a cannon store or something to that effect. The one in Fort Charles throws that right put the window...

A cannon store....Maybe. Or maybe it's an actual cannon? Haven't people requested things like that in the past? The ability to shoot at ships from land? Why there would be one in the middle of Tortuga Graveyard though is beyond me....Or, for that matter, Fort Charles. I don't know.....

A wild guess... could it, in addition to being a guild thing, be another way to port around the islands? One on Tortuga, the other at Ft. Charles on Port Royal makes me wonder. When the Test is stable, I'd check Padres, maybe even Kingshead just to see.

That could be it, too. Just secret little areas where we can go in, and pop out another end. From tortuga graveyard to fort charles, through a secret enterance. Interesting...

I also did notice all the cannon gear in front of the one in fort charles is new also. I'll search for more of em now that test is up

There are cannons and ammo in front of both the tower and the building. I'm leaning toward something that has to do with cannoneering....
We'll have to wait and see. Whatever it is, doesnt have much to do with the inventory thing as of right now. And I will be looking on all islands for this stuff too.
