New Bosses

I have decided to start a thread considering new bosses. Not big ones like the Goliath, but the everyday ones that we see throughout the game. Some ideas include:

1) Bosses based on people from the movies. (They would appear in a single place, like Neban.) Such ideas would included Mercer, or whats-his-name the hammerhead that follows Davy Jones.

2) Unique bosses. These bosses would be apart from any other category in the game. For instance, a turtle for Tortuga, (Its very name means tortoise) and maybe a python for Cuba.

3) Bosses similar to Jolly Roger, appearing randomly throughout the islands. Such bosses including, Calypso, a Pelegosto champion, (why not?) etc.

Calypso? She sure looked threatening in the movies!
But I do think your ideas are relevant because I think it should have SOME more connection to the movie because this is what it was based on.

nice ideas Keeper! we sure need Mercer and Maccus in the game, along with the Isla Sirena thing you mentioned before. Now Calypso cant be in the game because this happens before dead mans chest, but anything is possible. But do you mean boss battles or normal bosses?

Normal bosses. Seeing as Jolly Roger himself is attacking the islands, it would seem more and more likely that these character will be appearing outside of an actual quest storyline.

I think having a couple of Davy's boys would be good bosses in the Cursed Caverns. Definitely would need a crew to fight them.

I like Mercer as an EITC boss, great idea - maybe upgrade the Jail at the top of Kingshead. Or Lt. Gillette in Fort Charles.

How about OTHER pirates? Like some nasty ones that work Jolly or the EITC? And I know people want female villians... I'm all for that. A femme fatale EITC spy or evil gypsy or wicked pirate queen?

Some more critters - how about some based on the animal figures that Tia has you looking for? Wolf? etc.

I've thought for a long time that we've needed new animal types. Personal ideas included snakes and maybe a cursed parrot.

Maybe we could have Beckett as a boss. I was thinking likea giant poisonous toad for a new animal.
