I sent a message to them on the site and mentioned that I had been signed up since when Dead Man's Chest came out in theaters and this is the e-mail I got.


Dear Pirates Online Guest,

Phase 1 of the Beta test is now complete and Phase 2 is scheduled to
begin in September. We will notify you via email (at this email address)
when Phase 2 begins.

In the meantime, we have some exciting things going on, including a
brand new website, community contests, more updates from the development
team and tons of updated game assets. You can get all of this
information and more at piratesonline.com.

I think it means you will be invited to be a beta phase 2 tester - if they ever start phase 2 (I've been having withdrawal since mid July and am having a hard time being patient!!)

we all get a message simmilar to that, if we were a phase 1 tester, it doesn't mean you will part of the staff, or crew, just that they are keeping you updated on the next release date

everyone gets that e-mail if you send a e-mail to the one e-mail i forget and it doesnt mean you will forsure become a tester
