Pretty Polly is a Founder who helped lead raids on EITC ships in the battle off Padres Del Fuego, but she's also willing to lend a helping hand to a fellow Pirate to complete a quest or take on other adventure. We salute Pretty Polly of the McRaging and Founders Guild.

Noteworthy News and Happenings Around the Caribbean

Noticed an increase of Undead activity around the islands? Pirates from the Marceline guild have reported seeing Jolly Roger and his minions performing magic rituals to gather their power - and prepare for an invasion! The gypsies agree -- they too have seen signs as to how Jolly Roger is trying to get his hands on a mystical amulet that will increase his powers, in preparation for an attack.

Why the recent aggression? Jolly Roger has been long frustrated that Pirates fought back against him and the curse he brought down on the Caribbean last year. Now rumors are circling that Jolly Roger has sided with Lord Beckett and the EITC as part of his evil plan ... Properly warned ye be.

Looks like they'll be pushing that Test update real soon since they've already emailed everyone in the word about the Revive feature. Hoping they'll listen to some feedback on the minor bugs it has (and fix them).

Who knows, they are always so cryptic. And some times things that appear so obvious, never come to be... like the threat of the sea serpent we got around St. Patricks day (green oceans).

Well I hope that does mean theres a story quest as zep said. The revive looks rather useful!

I've tried the revive on test and it is AWSOME! You are still groggy from being defeated, but NO JAIL! This all does depend on if another pirate is around to revive you. If in a crew it works great, if you are alone however......good luck.
They will be raising the noteriety cap with the higher level enemies. Who knows when though.
I also agree with Zep. Does sound like a new story line. Question though: What is the missing kraken on test for? Hmmmmmmm........

I think the Kracken will be the 3rd story quest or an in game thing. It does not sound like its coming! If the story comes, it will probably be beckett or jolly roger themed.

Hmmm... I saw in there they were talking about an amulet of some sort. I'm not sure if this is very relevant, but remember a REALLY long time ago when there was that second story quest for "The Moonstone" or something like that, but was never finished? I'm not completely sure, but the next story quest might have something to do with this "amulet." Of course, Disney is always so mysterious, so don't get your hopes too high.

Back a really long time ago, I remember seeing screenshots of a quest from I think the very early test servers, which was given after you completed the Black Pearl Quest. Unfortunately, the quest stopped at like, 1% into the quest-line. Not completely sure, though.

TY for that information. That gives me more hope of that 2nd story quest. This sounds like it was not what the devs wanted and/or they just wanted a secret to be held.

Moonstone sounds like it would tie into The Curse, since it is activated by the Full Moon... so, they would have an excuse to bring it back.

Would they give Pirates a quest to find this Moonstone and maybe once you do - the curse no longer effects you? Or, maybe it'll be an RP thing where the GM's will 'find' it and the curse will go away, again...

Disney is mysterious and cryptic so you can't hold them to any promise they make.
