Island Changes
I'm figuring that all suggestions for the most part, if important, for the game can be fit under some certain categories, so I have gone as to make threads for all of them: Combat Changes (here), Customary Changes (here), Enemy Changes (here), General Changes, Island Changes (here), Ocean Changes (here), Quest Changes (here), and etc (no thread--make your own!). If another need be made, or, seeing as none of this is generally needed, if another would help, it shall be made should it encompass enough for a thread.
Post here any changes you'd like to see to any of the islands, be it a new place on them, a new store or something of the sort, a new bar, a new section with new enemies, etc. I'll add ideas I favor to the main post, and give credits as well.November 2nd, '08 ~~I dunno if this is important at all or not, but I'd like for the Padres back-beach storekeepers to be undead people as well, seeing as it is an undead town. ~~Since Kingshead is kinda hard to level grenades at now, there need be a new place. Still, being unable to be hit doesn't suit either. I'd like an area where some Undead Grenadiers are grouped together, maybe on the Padres back beach or something, I dunno. |

a bigger tortuga and port royal also they should make them more like the movies.

Sure thing about the Port Royal thing: it's linearly aligned you know, with one point being the town, one the fort, and one the mansion. Tortuga at least is round--I don't have complaints there myself.

The towns need to be larger and Tortuga needs to look more like it did in the movies, like an abandoned Spainish town.

I think to add some big quests, an explosion could happen in the catacombs, leading to a cave deeper into the mine. the undead have a dastardly plan, and its up to us pirates to stop it. there could be bosses below, along with prisoners that you have to free and quests to complete. It would be a whole different section to PDF and think people would enjoy it.

I like your volcano idea; I'd like if lava would damage your pirate, as there'd then be maneuverable challenge. I don't know about an explosion being an explanation for a sudden new room per say (though it did cover for new towns...), but the idea seems okay. I'd like for there to be bosses where the green ghosts are.

I too think undead shopkeepers would be a great detail. But, it is funny to imagine these people going to and from work each day. LOL Sigh.. what a commute - and don't even get em started on the locals. Its us tourists who keep those shops open! LOL

Tell me about it! Anyway, I suppose that some flytraps all clustered together would be favorable to the grenadiers, though I don't know if that would be too easy (seeing as I've never Volleyed v. a flytrap, I don't know if they can still hit you). Perhaps some clustered flytrap bosses or something, iunno.
Anyway, I'm finding it hard to come up with things that aren't just whims. In other news, I can't help but like Kitfisto's word: Spainish. That's pretty catchy. |

I think thy should add instances or raids were you get in a group and you fight your way through increasingly harder mobs and mini bosses then come up to a grand finally boss fight and there would be a seperate instance for all the wild islands.
That would be great ![]() or maybe making kingshead a massive raid were you need like 3 crews to do a complete inner sanctum raid kind of thing. that would e AWESOME
