Tortuga Teleportation - Last Task?

It says I need a Tortugan Artifact, but I can't seem to find it. Any help?

there is a dig spot next to the jail in tortuga near the wooden object

there is another dig spot where the gypsy is u will see a hill go all the way to the top until u are on flat ground somewhere up there is a dig spot

another one is beind the faithful bride in tortuga

another one is where hendry cutts is chopping wood there is one around there

hope this helped and just a side note if u switch oceans all the dig spots re set so u can dig in the same spot multiple times
