A) Well i believe i saw something saying that free to play cant get skills past lvl 1 they can only learn new ones but never actually lvl the individual skill.

While i am having my free trial period should i try and lvl my individual skills as high as possible because i am unable to do that afterwards?

B) ALSO...Is there anything i should not do while playing like things which can stuff me up forever?

C) Different question..How many skill points do i get per weapon before i get maxed out?

D) Also what happens if my name is not accepted? How will i find out when it's accepted? I'm not sure if it goes with the mixed case rule the rule was written terribly!

E) Ive noticed that i no longer get the yellow arrow leading me with my quest. I only get it on my compass instead of where i am going is this normal?

F) Wheres a good place to find some ship crews?

G) Can you do ship vs ship pvp?

H) What channels are best to be on busy or quiet?

I) Other things i should know?

C) For basic I believe you can only get to rank 2, while with unlimited it's rank 5.
D) If your name is/isn't accepted, a Golden Exclamation Mark will appear next to the pirate's name. If it is accepted, it will let you know. If not, click the rename button on the top right hand corner of the choose-a-pirate screen.
E) Those arrows are for the Tutorial at the beginning only.

H) Look at the server thing to change your server, if that is what you mean.

C) For Limited (the hints say lvl 2 but it is 7) so limited can get up to 8 sp unlimited can get up to 26 sp
D) Yea u will get a message saying it was or was not accepted if it was not just enter a new name
E) You only get that arrow to get your Cutlass and Pistol after that do what it says and follow the white light

G) No ( i wish ) it was there during Beta 1 i think but that was taken away
H) Busy if u looking for a crew but Quiet is the best bc less lag less people ect.

Without ship PvP there isn't a reason for the Grape Shot. That sinks!

Do points stack up?

Also im having trouble when fighting in my ship should i just put down my sail and park next to them and just keep firing or should i do like a circle thing around them. Is there a lock on for ships?

U can hurt ship captains w/ Grape Shot, but you can do that with all of the shots, lol.

Someone described a stalking method for hunting ships, this is what I started with. Get behind a ship, turn your broadside on them and fire into their aft. Turn your ship and fire the other side. You might have to raise your sail so you do not over run them. They rarely are able to come around on your ship to fire.

Grape shot will work on the crew member on deck of a flagship, so will regular cannon balls. Grapple first and then blast away. It seems that enemy ships do not fire on your ship after the grapple is secured.

Grape shot suxxors. about cannons the only shots you need are lightning lightning and lightning.

When you start putting points into skills the more points you put into it the better the skill gets. Up to 5 points per skill.

Just remember if you put one point in every skill that opens you wont have many maxxed skills in the end, there are quite a few skills that you prob dont want ro use.
