Unimaginative Poker
I'm at the poker table, involved in one of these silly quests where you're supposed to prove how tough you are by winning at cards. I lose a hand, and the results are shown. Three players each have a pair of Kings and a pair of twos. The winning player has a full house - three Kings and two twos.
This is not an isolated incident. Almost all the results are like that. If there are nine kings at the table, why isn't the dealer having someone arrested for cheating? How unimaginative can you get!? Is this supposed to show that everyone is cheating like crazy, or is it just the poor results of a hastily done game engine? The upshot of it all is that it gives me the feeling that the whole thing is rather contrived. Crimson Rose |

By the way you're describing it, the pair of Kings and pair of Twos were not in the player's hands.
Remember, playing poker there are cards in the center of the table that count for every player. The 2 Kings and 2 Twos that everyone had would have been in the center of the table, not in the players hands, and the one player happened to have another King in their hand, getting them a Full House. |
