I am now a Level 9 Staffer and I'm hoping to get to 12 this afternoon. Sometime by next week I'll have the guide completed.

For Levels 1-5:

Head to Fort Charles or Padres Del Fuego (beach or Beckett's Quarry) and just use Blast and Soul Flay. For every 5 Blasts, use 1 Soul Flay. Once you get wither, for every 3 Blasts do a Wither.



Levels 5-10:

You have two options for this.

1. If you have the Voodoo Recharge upgrade (at least 2 dots), go to Kingshead and walk into the town. Take a right. Follow it down to where there's either a Mercenary/Grunt/Hired-Gun. Take a left and find a building with a walk way that goes up on the side of it. Go up the walkway. Blast at some enemies that DO NOT have Dagger. Once you get 4-5, start doing your Wither. Keep doing that until they are all dead, or your Voodoo runs out. In the case that your Voodoo runs out, Blast at the highest level until you have 120 Voodoo.


2. If you do not have the Voodoo Recharge upgrade, go to Cutthroat Isle with a friend that can heal very good (at least 2 dots on each healing skill). Start killing the Stumps with Pestilence. (Note: Use Pestilence for any enemy as long as you have a healer. Pestilence takes a while to cast and doesn't do much damage, so it is great for training.)


Levels 10-15: Go to Kingshead, alone or with a friend who needs to earn some gold. Stand a little ways behind the Veteran formation and then keep throwing Flaming Skull at them. If your friend needs gold, tell them to Sweep with cutlass right when the Veterans surround you. Then they can heal you. Once you kill even one Veteran, switch to Wither and do that until they are all dead. You'll gain around 100-150 rep each round of Veterans (Notoriety Levels 30-32), and get about 200 gold each round. Great way to save up for a War Frigate!

the staff is hard to lvl up due to the fact they reduced rep for it but u have to fight multiple enemies at once to gain good rep
