Naww hes an NPC. If you go up to him, the green circle pops up. All he says is "Sorry,
I've got nothing for you." Yes, I'm sad too. But I called him ugly! Yay me!

But there IS a level 32 Unknown Raider behind him. Yeah, I died. And most of the
people who were with me.

now why would they have a NPC of him? in Port Royal caves, one of them has a npc for him as well with level 20-28 skeletons

That one is the giant one. The one nobody could talk to. Its like a statute.

The one my friends and I found is our hight. And you can talk to him. When our
quests tell us to go to the Jolly Roger, that's who we will go to.
