People who can kill me on a ship
A long time ago, I befreinded this lv 12 pirate. He's been offline for months, then he suddenly tp'ed to me while sailing. He was a undead pirate and attacked me. I killed him. Now everytime I sail, he attacks me again. I asked him and he said that some guy had a unrealesed item that turns him into the undead. I know that's false. Disney would never do that. Is it a glitch, He used to be a real good pirate but I will remove him in he keeps this up.

Ahoy!
I hate to break it to ya, but I believe what this pirate is doing is "Hacking" the Game Files using a "Third Party" program. Sorry, but you need to take some screen shots, report him and submit a "Bug Report" to Disney with the Screen Shots. Griefers like this pirate MUST be dealt with swiftly and without mercy! Kriss |

I second that!
In fact, I ended a friendship because of his newfound powers Friday. He's on Dx vacation as we speak. As soon as POTCO reads your Feedback about Misbehaving Players that you submitted from their Official Site, they will respond. You need to submit that along with your Bug Report showing their Pirate Details and in-game Feedback to time stamp the incident after you click on that Report function. That player will be walking The Green Mile or Plank if you will. Now, let me state this: POTCO will determine the final sentence and their judgment may not be good enough. So be it. BUT I will determine mine own and in this particular instance, that friend has no chance of becoming my friend again. He use to be a good guy who was pretty much on his own unaware that players could glitch. Once he started meeting new friends and got wind that a player could give themselves an edge, he pursued it. I don't trust him. Neither should any guild trust him. When adults behave this way in front of all those kids while other adults are unwilling to hold such adults responsible to the degree that they know they should, can you expect kids to do no better with their peers? I have and I will have no trouble dropping all those who wish to defend him. He's not entitled to be my friend anymore. He lost it much like he got it in the first place: He earned it. I meant what I said when I posted this at the Grog Blog: December 20, 2012 03:21PM Billy Warmonger Mark ye well, "This includes not ...manipulating Pirates Online’s program (or telling other Pirates how to do so), in order to change the way Pirates Online behaves". ~ To follow The Code just means to play the game normally with great respect to those who put the game together in the first place: POTCO. My love for them and the game they put together is the reason why I follow The Code. TY POTCO. Yes, thank you POTCO. I will enforce The Code to the best of my ability. Ok. As much as I hate to(he's been one of my oldest freinds), I will report him. He told me he'll never stop, he'll make a new account if he gets banned. So I must distance myself away from him/

Ye mates are looking at the problem correctly but...with NOT ENOUGH "imagination." While reporting these players to Disney is the appropriate action to partake (and for one, I am 'very' glad ye are willing to do so), I have taken it upon myself to attack the problem AT THE SOURCE!
Think about this, for a moment. *A tremendous amount of activity exists (and is posted online) to where these hackers are either sharing, training, bragging, etc. the very 3rd party programs they are using. By making an effort to specifically contact the companies concerning these programs (it is not difficult to figure out which ones), the hope is that many of these companies will listen and in-turn, take action to prevent their own company name from being associated with these "unethical" practices. I hate to burst your bubble, but MANY of these Software Designers are Designing the Software being used FOR That Very Purpose... They are Plenty Aware of WHAT their Software Does, What it it Being Used For and furthermore some Actively Encourage People to Use it FOR those Purposes. ![]() Sadly, they won't care many of them, they see it as... It's DISNEY (or other MMORPG provider)'s problem, THEY can TRY and deal with us, but we'll just figure out how to exploit their Bug Fixes and Post a New Program. Regards, Kriss. |

![]() If I can prove to these companies that their stated policies/terms of service are being violated by providing "appropriate" proof, perhaps that is a start. For more info., please read my recent comment on this thread: http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/f...7&postcount=37 |

I personally think it's a good thing some world PvP is being discovered.
