Actually all the information about what amo/weapons/ship skills/skills do is in the players guide on the pirates site.
Go to
http://apps.pirates.go.com/pirates/v...l&mode=pgByUrl and you can find taskmaster.
Most of the information(besides quests) wiki gets s straight from the pirates site.
