As to my experiences it's most likely that eventually despite all technical options a kiddo might slip thru, but as on
chat pages when people find out that a youngster found the backdoor - they are reported and kicked out.

Well the easist way around that problem is to shrug and accept facts - we pay but have no rights, and just leave the game.

But u can be sure of this: If nobody pays for playing this game it will close - i know nobody that runs a business
by being filantropists. Disney company runs a business but i dont think they run a game like this just as a service
for kids.

And besides and no people stand up and opposes to laws, authorities and dogma - NO reforms will ever be made.

It's the people that dare to speak that make the changes (i don't say that's it's always to the best, but nevertheless ...)
