Umm, ther are only two oceans
As for invites, the orginal post is correct - its by invite only. There are many who WANT to be on test - but Test is more than just playing the game... Its about testing new features and seeing if current ones are broken (like the Pistol HEX Shot that isnt working at the moment again)...
Then theres the posting of your findings, as there's no sense playing and finding issues unless you report them constantly...
Anyone who gets in test be prepared - unlike live where its just a game - in Test, there some actual work involved
