Yeah.. I have the same outfit quest on the test server. It says kill two Flotsams, but I don't find any there. I have already killed the others for this task, but Flotsams refuse to show up. I have tried switching districts, and, despite the light shining on the cave entrance, it disappears once I am inside. Any tricks or ideas??
