That would depend on what you mean.
Are you talking about one that shows your stats etc on it? (similarly to mine below?)
Mine is a private host, but have seen the ones from where you mentioned.
I think Chris uses that.
Otherwise I think most develop or get someone to develop some cool graphic, and update the text stats above/below the image.
