I had made a similar one for Burning Legion (my old guild on here).
I scanned the dice, doubloons and cards from actual items. The dice and doubloons are from the game Old Century Dread Pirate. I scanned in the cards just to add them to this one; the cards are from my Disney POTC playing card deck.
