Ex. Swash sends Zeppers Pm saying your mean and evil. Doesnt apply To U.S Constitution and zeppers can put consequences over Swash.
Ex. Swash Tells Zeppers in RL that hes mean and evil. Applies to the U.S Constitution and zeppers can do Nothing about it.
