I'm not getting bug report acknowledgements either - and can't get to screen to make a new pirate because of mircrosoft error. Admittedly, I know nothing about game development or much about computers but this is really insane - I wouldn't think they would be having these kind of problems this close to release (even if it is a month away - meaning summer starting June 21 or 22 - whatever it is - thus, end of Spring) wish I could make a new pirate
My son made one right before the "crash" (last maintenece since I could get on) and my niece (who has an older pirate on my account) can't get on either - grrrrr - just wish we could ALL get on!
