Some days, peeps are sooo busy questing, and then there are the ones who cant talk due to the controls. I accept friends who chat with me, and tend to dump the ones who dont. If you are lucky, a lvl 40 tossing nades at midnight will chatter with you cause he is bored out of his mind with nothing else to do but await for Chapter 2. Get in a good guild.
