ok. thank you. that was very helpful. I actually had quite a few skill points to spend on each of my weapons. I chose to learn some of them and spent the skill points however, nothing happened after. I never learned how to do them, nor did they showup as an option to use them while I was using the weapon.
This should be obvious, but do I have to go somewhere to let someone train me? how do I actually use the new skills?
