Currently, scrolling usertitles are reserved for
trivia and
arcade champs. It takes persistence to win these as they are only awarded every few months and you'd need to be one of the top players at the end. Right now is a relatively good time to try to earn one though. With the site still fairly young, there arent too many players competing for them.
