There are times when I walk on the sea floor, so I grab my map and either teleport (usually DC at this point) or go to another sea and try again. It is frustrating sometimes, especially when you get a crew together and they can board your ship but you can't.

This is happening to me. I can sail my sloup (but who wants to?) but can't step up to the helm on my galleon. Changing seas worked for you? It seems I disco about every other time that I teleport to something.
