Yes, just open the XD page:
http://disney.go.com/dxd/ At the top right is the Log In. Use the same account name and password you use for Pirates. Click: My Stuff, Profiles/Settings, My Account, Community Settings.
After all that garbage, just click the skull above your health meter and it opens the dialog box and type what you want to say. I am still seeing alot of pirates say, "blah blah blah" and some I can see what they are saying.
